Metadata features
Stage Position [µm]
The stage X, Y, Z position in microns at the moment the frame was captured.
- Z Stage position for the current frame for 2D node.
- Z Stack home position for the current volume for 3D node.
Time [s]
Acquisition time of the current image in seconds. If the image is a part of an image sequence, the time is measured from the beginning of the sequence.
Bit Depth
Calibration [µm/px]
Pixel X, Y calibration in microns per pixel.
Channel Name
Name of the channel the node is connected to.
Channel Info
Information about all channels the node is connected to. Channel name (excitation wavelength in nm)

Selected information about the selected channel.
Available metadata:
- Channel: channel name
- OC: name of then optical configuration
- Excitation WL: excitation wavelength in nm
- Emission WL: emission wavelength in nm
- Modality: Brightfield, DIC, Phase contrast, Wide-field fluorescence, …
- Magnification: objective magnification
- Numerical aperture: numerical aperture of the objective
- Immersion RI: refraction index of the immersion
- Pinhole size: pinhole size in µm
Frame Center [µm]
The center X, Y of the frame/image in microns. Half of the Frame Size.

The center X, Y of the frame/image in pixels. Half of the Frame Size Px.

X, Y size of the frame/image in microns.
Frame Size Px
X, Y size of the frame/image in pixels.
Volume Center [µm]
The center X, Y, Z of the volume in microns. Half of the Volume Size.
Volume Center Px
The center X, Y, Z of the volume in pixels. Half of the Volume Size Px.

X, Y, Z size of the volume in microns.
